By using Verrado.us (the "Site"), operated by Savy Advisors LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is an unofficial, independent community information resource about Verrado, a master-planned community in Buckeye, Arizona. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of DMB Associates, the Verrado Community Association, the Verrado Assembly, the Victory District Association, the City of Buckeye, any school district, or any business listed on the Site. Trademarks and names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

3. Informational use only

Content on the Site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, real-estate, tax, or professional advice. Details like hours, fees, assessments, school boundaries, and rules change frequently — always verify with the official source before relying on anything here.

4. Accuracy and automated content

We make a good-faith effort to keep information accurate and to link official sources, but we make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Portions of the Site (the news feed) are compiled by automated research pipelines from public reporting and may contain errors. See the Disclaimer.
