Neighborhoods & Districts
Verrado is organized into districts rather than a single subdivision. This is an unofficial overview of the best-known districts — home availability, boundaries, and amenities are defined by the developer and the community association, so always confirm details on verrado.com.
Main Street District
The original heart of Verrado — homes surrounding the walkable Main Street town center, with shops, restaurants, and community events steps away.
- Walkable to Main Street shops and dining
- Home to The Center on Main and community events
- The most established part of the community
Heritage District
A family-oriented district anchored by Heritage Swim Park and Verrado Heritage Elementary School.
- Heritage Swim Park — resident resort-style aquatic facility
- Verrado Heritage Elementary School (LESD #79)
- Neighborhood parks and walking paths
Highlands District
A newer district in Verrado's higher desert terrain, closer to the White Tank Mountain foothills.
- Elevated foothill setting with mountain views
- Newer home construction
- Convenient to the Victory Course and upper trails
Victory (55+ Active Adult)
Verrado's 55+ active-adult district in the northern foothills, with the private Victory Club and the Victory golf course.
- Age-qualified 55+ district with its own district association
- Private Victory Club amenities for Victory residents
- Victory Course golf set in the desert foothills
Districts evolve as the community builds out, and additional district names appear in marketing materials over time. We only list districts we can verify against official sources. Know one we're missing? Suggest it.
