Overview

Verrado.us is a static informational website operated by Savy Advisors LLC. We collect as little personal information as possible — the site has no accounts, no advertising trackers, and no analytics cookies.

What we collect

Suggestion form

When you submit the "Suggest a Listing" form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, the listing details, and your message. This is stored in a database so we can review suggestions and follow up if needed. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated spam; Turnstile is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Server logs

The site and its API are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard connection data (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site. Our API stores only a one-way hash of your IP address for rate-limiting abuse prevention — never the raw address.

What we don't do

• No advertising or cross-site tracking.
• No sale or sharing of personal information with third parties.
• No marketing emails — we only reply to messages you send us.

Data retention & removal

Suggestion submissions are retained while they're useful for maintaining the site. To request deletion of something you submitted, email scott@savyadvisors.com.

Children

This site is a general-audience information resource and is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy as the site evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
